- 112g flour
- 7.5g sugar
- 2g salt
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup water (cold from tap)
Directions
- Whisk dry ingredients.
- Add butter. Mush with fingers.
- Add water.
- Roll out dough; ideally it’s ~65 degrees.
- Roll, fold in 1/4ths.
- In fridge for 2 hours.
- Back 350 for 60 minutes.
