Pie Dough

  • 112g flour
  • 7.5g sugar
  • 2g salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup water (cold from tap)

Directions

  • Whisk dry ingredients. 
  • Add butter. Mush with fingers. 
  • Add water. 
  • Roll out dough; ideally it’s ~65 degrees.
  • Roll, fold in 1/4ths. 
  • In fridge for 2 hours. 
  • Back 350 for 60 minutes.
