Almond Biscotti
- 150 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- 4 g baking powder
- lemon peel
- 1 egg
- 5 ml milk (probably more, look up photos for proper texture)
- like maybe a tablespoon of almond extract
- 100 g almonds
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix everything together.
- Bake for thirty minutes, in small logs.
- Take out of oven, and slice logs into individual cookies.
- Put them back in the oven for ten minutes.
