- 2 whole eggs
- 4 yolks
- 2 cups of flour (maybe a little less)
- a small pinch of salt
- Mix everything together.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Rest for 30 minutes.
- Cook for a minute and a half in boiling water. Put salt in the water.
- For ravioli, get the machine up to #7
