Pasta

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 4 yolks
  • 2 cups of flour (maybe a little less)
  • a small pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Knead for 10 minutes.
  3. Rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Cook for a minute and a half in boiling water. Put salt in the water.
  5. For ravioli, get the machine up to #7
